Breadman,

The Chiefs are 1-1 SU & 2-0 ATS following a bye under Vermeil.

This is not a typical bye week. Chiefs have been on Letterman, to NBA games, to Hugh Hefner's Haloween party and who knows where else. I have a bad feeling about the cover here. I don't think a lot of the intangibles that have been with the Chiefs will be there. The intensity of the Arrowhead crowd and therefore intense D,and the sharpness of the offensive play calling in a very subtle system may be missing. They should still win but it may be ugly. I can see them down 14-3 at half
time and winning 24-17. CB Eric Warfield may be out with a toe/ankle. Don't count out Vermeil
though, he's doing a hell of a job and may have
them ready to blow out an inferior team with many problems of their own.

Browns!

I have them +10 and +475, 1 unit on each.

9-0 doesn't sound right. Browns are just the team to pull this game out of their ass. They will need to run the football which they haven't been able to do as of late. Kansas City coming off the bye will be sluggish. Browns will play Browns football and get the W.

Late word from Arrowhead. The Chiefs are healthy. Warfield and Mazlowski are ready to
play. The teams sounds like they are focused.
Still worried about enthusiasm from Arrowhead
crowd. If the Chiefs can score first, they should cover.
